A. Yes! We offer an option during checkout to select a charity we currently support. We’ll donate 10% of net profits to that charity so your decision to celebrate your individuality will allow someone else to celebrate theirs! To learn about our current charities, click here.
Q. WHAT DOES "MADE TO ORDER" MEAN?
A. “Made to Order” means we make them as you order them. Currently orders could potentially take up to 4 weeks to print and deliver (we know, we’re working on a teleportation device to speed that up!). Good news is, once your order is on it’s way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can watch as it gets closer and closer to you :) Your patience is appreciated as we work hard to expedite this process.
Q. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
A. Worry about something else! We cover the cost of shipping on all domestic orders placed on the site.
Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A. Currently we don't ship internationally but please email us at email@example.com if you're interested so we can notify you as soon as we do!
Q. I'M FREAKING OUT... WHERE'S MY ORDER?!?
A. If you haven’t received an email with your order’s tracking number, it’s still being made - the kids in arts and crafts take naps sometimes ;) If you received an email with a tracking number then you can check its delivery status per the included instructions. Didn’t get an email? Please check your spam folder... we'll wait right here. Still nothing? Then please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into the issue and respond promptly.
Q. CAN I RETURN ITEMS IF IT DOESN'T FIT OR I CHANGE MY MIND?
A. Returns are accepted if you notify us within 2 weeks of receiving your order but please note that the return shipping cost is your responsibility. To be eligible for a return, your items must have their original tags attached, be unworn and in new condition.
Q. WHAT IF YOU GUYS SENT ME A FAULTY ITEM?
A. Uh-oh - we're really sorry! We pride ourselves on quality control but if we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please email email@example.com and notify us.
